We accept comprehensive returns on unopened, factory-sealed hardware within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. For components to be eligible for a full refund, they must be untampered with and exactly in their original retail packaging.
If your component or PC arrives completely unresponsive (DOA), you must report the critical fault to our technical support desk within 48 hours of receipt. Our diagnostic team will guide you through triage. If confirmed, we will immediately issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a direct replacement.
Because our Custom PCs are built-to-order and intensely tailored for your specific requirements, they cannot be returned simply due to "change of mind." If there is a hardware fault in a custom rig, it will be securely repaired or have defective components swapped under our warranty policy instead of triggering a full unit refund.
Once an RMA is securely delivered and validated by our fulfillment center, approved refunds are executed directly back to your original payment conduit. Depending on your local bank or credit card tier, reversals may take between 7 to 10 standard business days to materialize in your ledger.
For explicit safety and intellectual property reasons, the following categories are strictly non-refundable once acquired: applied thermal pastes, opened software licensing keys, digital downloadable codes, and deeply discounted clearance chassis units.
